Advancing through the ranks is simple and fun.

Matrix Leadership Levels

IBO

The 1st Rank is that of an IBO. The steps to secure and maintain your IBO rank is nothing more than purchasing and keeping your IBS* active. Your IBO rank gives you a position in the Binary and a "pre-position" in the I-Matrix.

ACTIVE IBO

The next rank is that of Active IBO. You will advance to the Active IBO status for the I-Matrix when you have purchased, earned or sold 1 I-Club Membership. You will advance to the Active IBO status for the Binary when you have to have 1 C-Club or 1 I-Club Membership assigned to their IBO number.

QUALIFIED IBO

You become a Qualified IBO in the I-Matrix by personally sponsoring two Active IBOs. For the binary, you will need to have one Active IBO.

SILVER IBO

You become a Silver IBO when you have personally cycled 2 times in the I-Matrix.

GOLD IBO

You become a Gold IBO when you have met the Silver IBO qualification, plus you have one Silver IBO in your personal enrollment organization.

PLATINUM IBO

You advance to the Platinum IBO rank when you have met the Silver IBO qualification, plus you must have personally cycled at least 5 times, have 4 personally sponsored Active IBOs, have at least one personally sponsored IBO achieve the rank of Silver IBO and have at least one Silver IBO in at least two of your personal enrollment organizations.

RUBY IBO

You advance to the Ruby IBO status when you have met the Platinum IBO qualification, plus you have at least one Platinum IBO in your personal enrollment organization and you must have at least 7 personal cycles.

SAPPHIRE IBO

You advance to the Sapphire IBO rank when you have met the Platinum IBO qualification, plus you must have personally cycled at least 10 times, have 6 personally sponsored Active IBOs, have at least one personally sponsored IBO achieve the rank of Platinum IBO and have at least one Platinum IBO in at least two of your personal enrollment organizations.

EMERALD IBO

You advance to the Emerald IBO status when you have met the Sapphire IBO qualification, plus you have at least one Sapphire IBO in your personal enrollment organization and you must have at least 15 personal cycles.

DIAMOND IBO

You advance to the Diamond IBO rank when you have met the Sapphire IBO qualification, plus you must have personally cycled at least 20 times, have 8 personally sponsored Active IBOs, have at least one personally sponsored IBO achieve the rank of Sapphire IBO and have at least one Sapphire IBO in at least two of your personal enrollment organizations.

EXECUTIVE DIAMOND IBO

You advance to the Executive Diamond IBO status when you have met the Diamond IBO qualification, plus you have at least one Diamond IBO in your personal enrollment organization.

DOUBLE DIAMOND IBO

You advance to the Double Diamond IBO rank when you have met the Executive Diamond IBO qualification, plus you must have personally sponsored at least10 Active IBOs, have at least one personally sponsored IBO achieve the rank of Executive Diamond IBO and have at least one Executive Diamond IBO in at least two of your personal enrollment organizations.

PRESIDENTIAL

You advance to the Presidential status when you have met the Double Diamond IBO qualification, plus you have at least one Double Diamond IBO in your personal enrollment organization and you must have personally sponsored at least 12 Active IBOs.

EXECUTIVE PRESIDENTIAL IBO

You advance to the Executive Presidential IBO rank when you have met the Presidential qualification, plus you must have personally sponsored at least14 Active IBOs, have at least one personally sponsored IBO achieve the rank of Presidential and have at least one Presidential in at least two of your personal enrollment organizations.

*IBO Business System (IBS) Purchase not Required. In order to familiarize new IBOs with Extreme Savings products, services, sales techniques, sales aids, and other matters, the Company suggests that IBOs purchase an IBO Business System (IBS) for $20 for a 1 year period. If an IBO chooses not to purchase the IBS, they will not have access to any on-line tools.

Being an Active IBO plus personally enrolling at least 6 Active IBOs and have a combined team of at least 4 active IBOs in at least three of their personal enrollment tree legs.

Level #5

Being an Active IBO plus personally enrolling at least 8 Active IBOs and have a combined team of at least 4 active Level #4 IBOs in at least three of their personal enrollment tree legs.
